Step 1: Reverse engineer your path

Figure out what career options exist and which ones align with your natural strengths and interests.

  • Review the different Business Careers and Concentrations to understand the career focus and roles in each area.
  • Take Career Assessments to identify your core strengths, values, and interests to identify which career focus and roles interest you.
Step 2: Analyze the market

Get a real-world view of your potential careers paths by talking to people and looking at job market data, companies, and skills needed to succeed.

  • Research Jobs and Job Titles using tools like Google Career Dreamer and LinkedIn to analyze job descriptions and skills required. Identify one or two target job titles and industries that interest you most.
  • Conduct Informational Interviews with professionals in those job roles to understand their daily responsibilities and career progression.
