Explore your options.  Each major and concentration in business has a large number of pathways, job titles, industries, and opportunities.  Explore to identify where you best fit and plan your career launch from the job title and industry backwards!  Prepare yourself during your time at UCR School of Business by connecting with our career readiness resources at the UCR Career Development Center.  When the time is right, you will have the ability to apply and get hired for internships and for your first career position.  Experience is a crucial part of getting hired.  Employers want to hire the best.  Candidates need to be professional, skilled, knowledgeable and experienced.  Get career-ready by choosing high-impact experiences that lead to your dream job at graduation!
