Drive Your Career with Real-World Opportunities

Your professional and personal development is just as important as your core courses and academic work. The skilled Graduate Student Success staff can help you with your job search.

Three unique experiential programs offer you real-world experiences and ways to grow your network:

Business Ready

BusinessReady is our pre-fall-quarter virtual program that prepares incoming AGSM students with fall quarter course enrollment and early career readiness. Incoming students will meet with their cohort over Zoom each session for classes and workshops hosted by UCR Business faculty, staff, and guest speakers.

Executive Mentor Network

Our Executive Fellows and Volunteer Programs connect students with experienced executives in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Through a series of in-class, small group roundtables or one-on-one coaching sessions, AGSM students are exposed to a wide array of successful professionals who provide valuable insight to help make students make informed decisions about their academic studies, internships, and long-term career goals.
