The Career Development Center (CDC) at the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management is a comprehensive, career-focused resource center for all graduate business students at UC Riverside. Our goal is to ensure that every AGSM student is equipped with the tools necessary to succeed in their internships, job searches and ultimately as business leaders throughout the world.
The CDC staff works closely with all students, individually and in group settings, to customize internship and job search strategies and personalize recommendations to support each individual’s goals.

Career Advising
Meet with a Career Advisor to plan your career goals, discuss career and professional development, salary negotiation, job search, interviewing preparation etc. Make an appointment on Handshake.
Executive Mentor Program
The Executive Mentor Program matches AGSM students with a professional that aligns with their career interests to learn about their mentor’s occupation, industry and professional experience.
MBA Fellowship
Graduating MBA candidates can apply to the MBA Fellowship Program to obtain experiential learning opportunities with non-profit organizations.
Networking Events
Every quarter the Career Development Center hosts networking events so students can meet with business professionals, employers and alumni.
Career Fair
Attend a career fair to meet with hiring managers, employers and recruiters to learn about full-time, part-time and internship opportunities. The university holds 8 career fairs a year.
Business Ready Program
Business Ready is a 5-week program from August to September that prepares incoming AGSM students for graduate school and career readiness. Topics include academics, career planning, etc. Learn more about the program.
