Company Information Sessions
Give a presentation about your company, industry and available job opportunities while visiting the UCR School of Business. Can’t make the trip to Riverside? There may be opportunities to present virtually or host an interactive information sessions as well. Please fill out our Employer Service Form to request an information session.
Do you prefer to interview graduate business students on-site? The CDC Team will work with you to create a customized interview schedule in the Anderson Complex. Please fill out our Employer Service Form to request on-campus interviews.
A great way to spark students’ interest in a particular field, and specifically in your organization, is by participating in an Industry Panel. We periodically host informational panel discussions, featuring professionals from various companies in the same industry. This facilitator-led Q&A provides you the opportunity to educate, quell myths and answer questions that students may have. AGSM students appreciate tours of various organizations for the opportunity to see different work environments, office cultures and professional atmospheres in-person. Your organization can work with the CDC team to host a group of students at your facility. Typical company tours consist of a brief welcome, a walk-through of the facilities and a brief presentation or Q&A by a recruiter or hiring manager to provide a company overview and discuss the hiring process, current openings and any other pertinent information. Employers usually see a significant increase in applications from students who attend a company tour. Please fill out our Employer Service Form to request a company tour.
Attend our quarterly Networking Events, designed to connect graduate business students, employers, influential community members, faculty and staff for the purpose of building professional contacts. This conversational, yet structured, setting allows employers and students to converse outside of the traditional interview process. Participants have made connections that led to internships or full-time jobs at 100% of our past events.
AGSM MBA Fellowship Program
The MBA Fellowship Program is designed to assist graduating MBA students in attaining experiential learning opportunities with nonprofit organizations during the spring quarter of their final year. This program provides an opportunity for the School of Business to give back to the community of Riverside County by providing a pipeline of talent to participating organizations, and to expose business students to the professional careers offered in the nonprofit sector.
