Along with aspects of a traditional career fair, we’ve structured this event to maximize your time and help you more easily identify and engage with candidates who align with your company culture and talent needs through several interactive features:

Student Organization/Club Leader Session:
Kick off the event with a dedicated session introducing you to the influential leaders of our undergraduate and graduate student organizations. These professional organizations include affinity groups and industry-related groups.

Traditional Tabling:
At its heart, this event is intended to support your ability to meet a large number of business-focused students. You’ll be provided a table in the main conference room to showcase your company.

Onsite Coffee Chats:
Schedule private individual conversations or small group gatherings with students that align with your company’s unique talent-seeking objectives. To participate, please bring a minimum of two representatives.

Whether you are looking to fill analytical roles, operations tracks, or dynamic business management positions, you will gain access to a strong pool of candidates across multiple high-demand concentrations. Don't miss out on a highly collaborative recruiting event for the fall season with the UCR School of Business.

This effort is showing up as the conversion rate surged to 63.1% for 2024-25 interns, the highest rate in five years.
