MBA Program Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSCM) Courses and Career Paths

Students in the MBA program wishing to pursue careers in operations and supply chain may focus on one of two career pathways: production procurement, logistics, supply chain, and project management OR strategy, operations, business analytics, business intelligence management, and management consulting. In addition to the operation electives listed below, students can consider electives related to decision-making, business statistics, and information systems MGT 230, MGT 280, MGT 281, MGT 282, MGT 278B.

 

OSCM Concentration 

To earn an OSCM concentration, students choose five courses from the six courses listed below:

MGT 219 — Spreadsheet Modeling for Decision-making

MGT 239 — Business Modeling and Simulation

MGT 256 — Business Analytics for Management

MGT 258 — Logistics and Supply Chain Management

MGT 266 — Project Management

MGT 267 — Applied Business Forecasting
